Concerning the date of the convening of the General Assembly to ordinary and extraordinary which was scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, 2020 and on the basis of the cabinet resolution held on May 8, 2020, which included the imposition of a total ban on the State of Kuwait, we inform you that the company has decided to postpone the meeting until further notice.
