Supplementary Disclosure (Specialities) – Commercial Register Annotation

With reference to the above subject, and further to the instructions of the Capital Markets Authority set out in Article 1-10 of Chapter One of Book Twelve of the Executive Regulations of Capital Markets Authority Law No. 7 of 2010, the certificate of annotation in the Commercial Register has been published in respect of the amendment of the Company's capital, as well as the amendment of Article Six of the Memorandum of Association and Article Five of the Articles of Association.
