The Board of Directors meeting of The Specialties Group Holding Company, will be held on Thursday, 13/08/2020 at 1:00 pm to discuss the following items:
1- The adoption of the extensive interim financial statements collected and the auditor's report for the period ended 31/03/2020.
2. The adoption of the extensive interim financial statements collected and the auditor's report for the period ended 30/06/2020.
