With reference to the above subject, and the company’s disclosure dated 08/11/2020  regarding the announcement of awarding tender No. MMK / 1/2019/2020  for  repair, operation and maintenance with the supply and installation of spare parts for the buoys and marine substrates (Navigational Guides)  of the Kuwait Ports Authority  to  Specialties Constructions Company for General Trading and Contracting W.L.L (one of the subsidiary companies 100% owned by our company ) for a total amount of  KWD1,222,222/000 (Kuwaiti Dinars One million two hundred twenty-two thousand two hundred twenty two only). The contract was signed with the Messrs. / The Kuwait Port Authority on Sunday, 24/01/2021.
