Signing an investment contract for one of the Group's subsidiaries

With reference to the above subject, an investment contract was signed between one of the group's subsidiaries (Saudi Specialty Real Estate Company) and the Saudi Railways Company "SAR" with an area of 62,830 m2, for a period of 13 years starting from July 29, 2023 to July 28, 2036 with rental values as follows:
