The date of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly of the Specialty Holding Group Company K.P.S.C. was set on Monday, April 15, 2024 at eleven o'clock in the morning at the headquarters of the National International Holding Company - Sharq - Abdul Aziz Al-Saqr Street - Al-Raya Tower - 45th floor, in order to discuss the agenda items of the ordinary and extraordinary general assembly, and the meeting will be in the direct presence of the shareholders or through their representatives, as well as by attending and voting through the electronic system, This is according to the policies and procedures guide for general assemblies issued by the Kuwait Clearing Company.

If a quorum is not reached for one of the two assemblies, its meeting will be postponed until Monday, April 22, 2024, at the same time and location.
