Resignation of the independent member of the Board of Directors

Please be kindly informed that Mr. Hossam Abdullah Abdel Aleem Awad has submitted his resignation from membership in the Board of Directors of Specialties Group Holding Company (independent member) today, April 30, 2024, noting that the legal term for membership in the Company’s Board of Directors has ended on 28/04/2024. The date of the General Assembly meeting to elect the new members of the Board of Directors has been set for 28/05/2024.
