The Ordinary General Assembly of the company was held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, and a new Board of Directors was elected for the next three-year period, namely: -
1- Faleh Abdullah Al-Raqaba. / Representing Al-Ghad International Trading Company.
2- Ziad Abdullah Abdul Aziz Al-Omar. / Representing Al-Ola National Real Estate Company
3- Mamdouh Abdul Ghani Al-Sharbiny.
4- Muhammad Ahmed Omran Al-Banwan.
5- Fahd Muhammad Omar Darbas Muhammad Al-Omar.
