We would like to inform you that an announcement has been published on the website of the Public Institution for Housing Welfare approving the award of the works of Tender No. (M.A.R.S/M/1340-2024-2025) for the establishment, completion and maintenance of infrastructure services networks and public buildings in the center of the suburb (N4) in the residential city of Mutlaa, to the Specialty Construction Company for General Trading and Contracting  W L L  (one of the subsidiaries and 100% owned by our company) For a total amount of KD 22,700,000 (only twenty-two million seven hundred thousand Kuwaiti dinars).
