Specialities Group Holding Co. (K.S.C.P) has been established as AlGhanim Specialities Company (K.S.C.)  in 1959 and was converted into a holding company in its new name in the year 2006.

It is the first Kuwaiti company specialized in manufacturing and importing building materials chemicals and insulation systems. The Company  also provides all sorts of support and the necessary logistic services. It is also known as one of the pioneer companies in the area of trading and manufacturing of building materials and chemicals, contracting and construction services.

The Company’s strategy is based on maximizing the return by means of the regional expansion in the Gulf area, along with concentrating on the local opportunities in the market and maintain its unique specialty in private businesses and projects. The Company succeeded in diversifies its activities and maximizing the returns to its shareholders by means of pursuing direct investments in the real estate sector through the Specialities Real Estate Company (W.L.L.) and in the oil sector through the Specialities Energy Company (W.L.L.). The Company endeavors also to realize its objectives by seizing the recent opportunities and the qualified managing of these opportunities, business development, and maintain the continued growth, maximize returns and risk mitigation.
