The date of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly of Specialty Group Holding Company has been set on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at eleven o'clock in the morning at the headquarters of the National International Holding Company, east of Abdulaziz Al-Saqr Street, Al-Raya Tower, 45th floor, in order to discuss the agendas of the ordinary and extraordinary assemblies, knowing that in the event that the quorum is not completed, the meeting of the assembly will be postponed to Thursday, April 6, 2023 at exactly eleven o'clock in the morning at the same headquarters mentioned above.
